PCA: Lucky Raitails

The first one I drew of the bunch, and so far my favorite.
Lucky Raitails (Surfing Pikachu)

I really like how Lucky came out. I went with a darker yellow than what Pikachu's would normally be since he'd be the type to hang out at the beach all day.

Also, he has Wembley Fraggle's shirt.
Got the pierced tail idea from Bill Holbrook's Kevin & Kell comic, since he used to draw Rudy with a safety pin through the tail in the early days of the strip.
